Five Minute Friday Nov 8 – Truth

Truth

loyalty – need – desire – cherish – love – scary sometimes

I feel like that I am a person that needs to know the truth.  Please don’t lie to me just to spare my feelings. I’ll get over it.  Be honest.  That is scary sometimes too though.  Criticism hurts.

Love – I feel like a very simple way to show someone you care is to always tell them the truth (even the hard truths, just be tactful in your wording)

Truth – is finding your way through the unknown and trusting that you will be okay.  No matter what.  Because believing in yourself is being true to yourself.

Truth – Jesus Christ..  He is my truth.  My Savior.  My Rock.  My Salvation. My truth.

He tells us  “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” in John 14:6

His truth, gives us eternal life.  Gives us freedom, Gives us grace,  Gives us mercy.

What a blessing it is to have truth, both emotionally in your life on earth, and to have truth spiritually, in your eternal life.

A life made whole

  1. Thank you so much! I have enjoyed this so much! I am trying to learn more about being spontaneous and writing like this help. I am NOT a spontaneous person at at all. It was very nice to meet you!

  2. I can really identify with the need to know the truth. Having grown up around secrets and lies that damaged me as a child, I desire truth, integrity and honesty in my own life. And to know the One who is Truth itself is a huge privilege. It really is “A life made whole” to have God’s truth guiding our path and journey through life.
Visiting here from FMF. It;s lovely to ‘meet’ you! Blessings 🙂 x
